Custom Pet Portraits, & Ornaments
At Custom Wood Pet Portraits, each piece is handcrafted with care and made especially for you and your pet. Because our portraits are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has started after 24 hours.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we require photo evidence of:

The artwork and any visible damage or issue

The packaging (if damaged in transit)

The shipping label (if applicable)
Once we review the photos, we’ll assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution — such as a replacement or partial refund, depending on the case.
Please note:

We cannot offer returns or replacements for issues caused by low-quality photos submitted during ordering.

Color or lighting differences may occur due to natural variations in wood and screen displays. These are not considered defects.
